Admission to Southwestern University is a privilege, and not a right. The training program of the University is so designed to give maximum educational opportunities to students and to prepare graduates for special distinction in whatever field of endeavor they should choose to pursue. For these reasons, candidates for admission are required to present satisfactory evidence of their fitness for university work
Requirements for visa extension
1.
Affidavit / Application for student visa extension with one (1) piece 2x2 picture
2.
Letter of Acceptance from school for the coming semester / students registration card / enrollment form
3.
Transcript of records or certified true copy of grades for the last semester / certified true copy of grades fort he first semesters. (If with failure/s, attached letter of explanation why you failed on that subject/s).
4.
Honorable dismissal from the previous school in case of change of school / transfer.
5.
Photocopy of passport showing photo, data, latests admissions, and the validity of stay.
6.
Photocopy of ACR & CRTS.
7.
For failure to apply for an extension on / before expiry of visa, attached letter of explanation why you failed to extend on time.

Please bring passport and original ACR and CRTS

Application form should be duly notarized then proceed to room 102 (computer section) for derogatory check.
