Admission Requirement for Freshmen Students

For Freshman – A high school graduate who enrolls in college for the first time must submit the following:

a. High School Report Card (Form 138)

b. Certificate of Good Moral Character

c. Birth Certificate (photocopy)

d. 3 copies of recent 2 x 2 colored pictures
