Mode A – Three-Show Mode (TSM Mode)
6.1. The student will technically follow a three show modes, specifically:

1st Meeting – (1st month) ALS facilitator will orient the students, give the mid term course coverage, requirements and exercises.

2nd Meeting – (3rd month) The student will submit all the exercises and requirements for the midterm and will take the midterm exam. Thereafter, final coverage with requirements and exercises will be given by the ALS facilitator.

3rd Meeting – (5th month) meeting. The student will submit all the exercises and requirements for the finals and will take the final exam.
(All corrected and graded exercises and exams and the final grade will be given to the student one week after the finals.)
Mode B - Four On-Line Mode (FOLM)
6.2 The student will technically follow the Four On-Line Mode, specifically:

1st ( month) On-Line Contact

The ALS facilitator will email to the student the first month course coverage including exercises and requirements.

The student will be given four weeks to comply with requirements.
-
Student will send the complied requirements through email for completion.

2nd (month) On-Line Contact

The ALS facilitator will email the results of the first month requirements
-
The ALS facilitator will email the exercises for the second month coverage.

The student will be given four weeks to comply with the requirements.

Student will send the complied requirements through email for completion.

The student will take the Mid-Term exam on- line and submit it in two days.

3rd (month) On-Line Contact

The ALS facilitator will email the results of the second month requirements and the mid term exam
-
The ALS facilitator will email the exercises for the third month coverage.
-
The student will be given four weeks to comply with the requirements.
-
Student will send the complied requirements through email for completion.

4th (month) On-Line Contact
-
The ALS facilitator will email the results of the third month requirements
-
The student will take the Final exam on-line and submit it in two days.
-
Result of the final exam will be sent to the student in five days.

Grades will be available a week after and will be e-mailed by the ALS facilitator.
Mode C – Pay Visit Mode (PVM)
6.3 The ALS student will technically follow the Pay Visit Mode, specifically:
A. In a special case, a minimum of five students in a group shall be allowed to make special arrangement through the graduate school dean for a request of inviting the professor to pay visit to the ALS students. With such arrangement, the following condition should be met:
1. A minimum of five students are allowed to avail the arrangement.
2. The group of students is settling/living/working in the same geographic location.
3. The students will shoulder all the expenses including:
3.1 Airfare or Seafare
3.2 Travel Allowance
3.3 Board and Lodging or any form of accommodation
3.4 Food expenses
3.5 Venue for the special lecture
B. The school will only shoulder the expenses made for any modules or reproduction of instructional materials.
C. The students should make personal arrangements with the dean during the first week of the class. The ALS students will present a PVM proposal with quotations subject for hearing and approval of the dean and the VP Academics.
D. The Dean shall appoint Visiting Professor/s to take charge of the PVM arrangement. The dean has the option to appoint one professor for each subject or just one professor to handle the entire enrolled subjects. This will depend on the feasibility of the ALS students’ budget.
E. The PVM mode should only be done within five days of 8 contact hours per day. Exercises, exams and other requirements may be done in a form of assignments or any independent learning scheme and must be submitted on agreed time within the semester.
F. Visiting Professor/s shall be responsible for giving grades equivalent to the output of the ALS students.
