INSTITUTIONAL POLICIES

Graduate programs of Southwestern University are designed to give maximum educational opportunities to all professionals to prepare them for special distinction in whatever field of endeavor they would choose to pursue. Candidates for admission are required to present satisfactory evidence of their readiness for graduate work.

Graduate students are required to comply with provisions of the Graduate Student Bulletin of Information . They should familiarize the contents. Ignorance of any provision herein does not excuse any student from being sanctioned for non-compliance.

SECTION 1. ENROLMENT

1.1 A new student and transferee must first fill out an application form for student admission and present all valid requirements to the dean or admission officer;

1.2 An applicant who cannot present all valid requirements will be considered a temporary enrollee. He/She must execute a WAIVER notarized by the University Legal Counsel together with a promissory letter stating the definite date of submission of the lacking credentials.
