• There are four (4) periodical examinations administered every semester, namely: Preliminary Examination, Mid-Term examination, Semi-Examination and Final Examination. • There are two(2) periodical examinations administered during the Summer Term: Mid-Term and Final examinations. • The University Registrar determines the schedule of the periodical examinations and disseminates the information to all colleges as part of the School Calendar. • No student is allowed to take the periodical examination without the examination permit/admission slip which he secures from the Students' Account Section. • Talking, opening of books or notes (unless authorized by the teacher), giving or receiving in formation, orally or in writing or through cellular phones or beepers in the conduct of examinations and any other forms of cheating shall be punished with a score of zero (0) for the particular examination. • No special or late examination is given to a student who fails to take the periodical examination during the regular schedules.
